Brother Ray and Sister Lori Have been members of FBCCK for over 2 years. They have been married for over 30 years and have 3 daughters and 8 grandkids. They are a fantastic couple that epitomize the term hospitable. 

Ray serves the church body through preaching, teaching classes, co-leading a small group, helping with building and grounds projects, and heading up our Biblical counseling ministry.

Lori serves the church in a variety of ways. She volunteers with our Mercy Ministry, sings on the worship team, leads our day-time Ladies' Bible Study, serves And prepares food for fellowship gatherings, and opens up her home to members and those in need. 

Brother Mike and Sister Cindy have been married for around 30 years and have 3 kids and 7 grandkids. They have been members at FBCCK for over 3 years. 

Mike serves the church body by preparing the Lord's Supper, overseeing buildings and grounds projects and maintenance, and taking care of needs of members.

Cindy serves the congregation by playing the piano, singing on the worship team, planning social events, preparing food for members and events, taking care of the grounds at the church, and doing anything else that needs to get done. 

Mike and Cindy co-lead a small group that meets on Tuesday evenings. 

Sister Debbie came to Cedar Key in 2004 from Wheeling, WV. She has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. She has been a faithful member of FBCCK since 2004.

Debbie has served as Clerk at FBCCK July 2017 til Aug 2018.  She currently serves as Treasurer/Secretary and is a Children’s Sunday School teacher. Debbie can be found serving the church behind the scenes all the time and is a blessing to the entire church and the staff. 

Mary serves our church in a variety of ways including helping Ms. Debbie keep this place running. In addition to helping with the office work, Mary teaches Sunday School, serves on the social team and care team, and she head up our prayer ministry. 

Jamie and Jenny have been married for over 20 years. They have 3 wonderful daughters Annie, Megan, and Courtney. Jamie is a native Cedar Key(an). Jamie and Jenny have been members of FBCCK for over 20 years. 

Jamie serves the body here at FBCCK in a variety of ways that include repairs on the buildings and grounds, upkeep, teaching Sunday School, teaching Bible studies, and serving members in need. Jamie was appointed to eldership in 2020.

Jenny serves the church by leading Kid's Club with Jamie, volunteering for the nursery and helping with any youth events. 

Pastor Billy was born in the Florida Keys and grew up in Florida. He and his wife Heather have been married for over 20 years. They have six wonderful children on this earth; Leianna, Caleb, Nyah, Liam, Isabella And Simeon. Pastor Billy graduated from Charleston Southern University with degrees in Religious Studies and Sociology. He also graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Divinity. He is currently working on his Biblical Counseling certification through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).

Billy, Heather, and their kids lived and served overseas in Africa and Central Asia for nine years. Pastor Billy is passionate about teaching God's Word and seeing the Gospel change the lives of our church members, our neighbors, and the nations.

Heather is a gifted teacher and teaches our evening Ladie's Bible study. Heather is extremely hospitable and constantly uses her house as a place of ministry to others. Heather has a heart for homeschooling, midwifery, disaster relief, and helping abused women and children. 

Ferlain and Krissy have been married for over 30 years. They have 3 children and 10 grandchildren. Ferlain was appointed to eldership in 2020. Ferlain and Krissy have been membears of FBCCK for over 3 years.

Ferlain Serves the church by leading a small group that meets in Bronson, helping lead our men's ministry, and will teach and preach God's Word to our church. 

Krissy oversees our nursery (Christ's Kids), helps with fellowship meals and events, will teach ladies studies, helps host small group, and loves pouring into younger moms. 

Ferlain and Krissy are both musically gifted and will us their gift to bless the congregational periodically. 

Doug has been happily married for over 40 years to his wife, Barbara. They have 2 daughters and 5 grand children. Doug is a retired police officer. They have been faithful members of FBCCK for over 20 years. 

Brother Doug was appointed to serve as one of our elders here at First Baptist Church of Cedar Key on April 2019. Prior to that, he served as a Deacon. Doug Has been an elder in another church. Bro. Doug serves the church body primarily by teaching Sunday School, leading a small group, visiting church members, ministering to our sick and shut-ins, and leadin our security team.

Sister Barbara has served in almost every role imaginable at FBCCK. She can be found serving our sick and shut-in members, pouring into younger ladies in the church, and pretty much doing whatever needs to get done. 

Ed and DeeDee have been married over 13 years. They have been faithfully serving at FBC Cedar Key for 8 years. They have 3 adult children.

Bro. Ed serves the body through helping oversee the building and grounds, and occasionally teaching Sunday School or leading Men's Bible study.

Sister DeeDee is an absolute blessing to the body here at FBCCK. She is head of the Social Committee and is passionate about trying to connect our members to one another. She also serves by teaching a Women's Sunday School class and helps plan Senior Saint fellowships and other social gatherins.
